Equipment designed to fill reservoirs on machinery, trucks or buses directly from the drum.
The mobile FTE's are for 55 gallon drums, equipped with a pump, discharge hose, hose reel to connect to an air pressure supply line or electrical outlet.
The FTE's can be build with a flow meter. We offer a choice of meters, showing the dispensed volume or with meters that can be preset for a desired volume with automatic shut off.
We offer pumps for a different volume or fluid demand.
- Electric pumps for a large volume.
- Pneumatic pumps with high pressure for pumping oil through a hose reel and flow meter.
- Diaphragm pumps for antifreeze or water based fluids through a hose reel and flow meter.
Substitute different flow meters:
- PRESET meters, the flow meter shuts off after desired volume is discharged.
- We feature Badger flow meters and offer mechanical and digital meters.
The mobile FTE's feature a quick drum exchange.
Instead of removing the pumps from the top of the drums we feature a removable suction tube design. The pumps stay on the unit preventing possible contamination.
We offer two types of Sets.
- Drum base with wheels.
- Equipment mounted on a spill pallet to be moved with a lift or pallet truck.
