This air grease pump is designed to allow high pressure grease lubrication at a substantially lower price level.
These pumps are recommended, for direct mounting on pails, 120 lb and 400 lb drums.
Delivery performance may vary depending on the consistency of the lubricant as well as its temperature. Use for lubricants up to NLGI 2.
We assemble our pumps from imported components. The products qualify for the US Government classification of "Domestic End Product" with over 50% of cost originated in the USA. All medium pressure hoses are assembled in the USA using US made components meeting the hose specs S.A.E. R2T.
Technical Description These pumps are manufactured from brass, aluminum, and carbon steel. The seals are made from polyurethane, Viton, and NBR. The pumps are quiet, and perform without vibrations. The air motor housing is cam precision machined from aluminum bar stock. Since there are no zinc die castings used, the pump is more resistant to water. All seals and O rings are precision fitted. The piston is made from polished, heat treated steel.
