This quality dispenser comes unlike cheaper models with a safety valve system to avoid unwanted oil discharge and overpressure in tank.
This 10.5 gallon tank can be pressurized, allowing the dispensing of lubricants independent of an air supply.
The dispenser includes a 6 ft. hose and control valve with flexible discharge hose and a curved semi automatic metal tip. Tip opens with trigger pulled on control valve, needs manual closing to prevent dripping.

A flow meter will reduce the oil delivery flow rate by about 30 percent!
The steel tank has a funnel top for easy filling, and includes a pressure gauge, safety valve set at 50 psi and a sight gauge to show contents of tank. Manufactured under CE certification 0035 Certificate No 01 202 ROC/Q-05 0106.
The top of the tank holds a tool tray. Includes a funnel to fill tank.
The dispenser comes with 4 swivel casters, two can be locked.
How does it work?
- The tank is filled to the top of the sight gauge. Approx 8.0 gal
- After closing valves, tank is pressurized to approx. 50 psi.
- Pressure cushion on top of fluid level will dispense contents of tank.
- One pressure charge is sufficient to discharge 8.0 gal.
- Unit can be equipped with an digital flow meter No 19703 536.
