Warranty Information
LUBEQ Corporation warrants only to its customers, unless otherwise stated, that its products are free from defects in workmanship and/or materials for 12 months, or stated otherwise, from the date of sale by LUBEQ Corp. The warranty time is extended by 6 months to cover inventory of our distributors. In case of a claim we require documentation showing the date of sale by our distributors.
In order to claim credit for an exchange our customer must get prior approval. We will not accept claims for products, if the product was disassembled or used for materials not suited for such products, due to abuse, misuse, improper use or lack of maintenance. Failure to follow operating instruction or stated operating requirements would void this warranty. This warranty does not cover failure of parts or components due to normal wear or damage or failures, which in the judgment of LUBEQ Corp. arise, from misuse, abrasion, corrosion, negligence, accidental damage, faulty installation or tampering. If the LUBEQ Corp. inspection discloses no defect in material or workmanship, repair and return will be made at customary charges. LUBEQ Corp. has made a diligent effort to accurately illustrate and describe its products. However such illustrations and descriptions are not a warranty.
This express warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. LUBEQ Corp. does not accept liability for consequential or incidental damages. The warranty only applies to the purchase price of the LUBEQ Corp. product.
1. Pneumatic Pumps
Warranty of 5 (five) years, see above warranty conditions. The warranty is void if pumps have been disassembled or used for fluids other then stated in data sheets. Pumps are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use, any pump which is determined defective in material and workmanship and returned to LUBEQ Corp., will be repaired or replaced at LUBEQ Corp.'s option.
2. Diaphragm Pumps
Warranty of 5 (five) years, see above warranty conditions. Pumps are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use, any pump which is determined defective in material and workmanship and returned to LUBEQ Corp., will be repaired or replaced at LUBEQ Corp.'s option.
3. Other Products
Warranty of 90 days for the following products:
- No 19780 100 - Plastic Oil Drain 18 gallons
Damages to Merchandise in Transit
LUBEQ Corp. is using the best method of packing shipments. If merchandise arrives damaged at the shipping destination shown on our original packing list, the customer must at the time the shipment is received, report damages to the freight company making the delivery. We are not able to accept damages at a later date. Claims can only be filed within 3 days of delivery with the carrier.
Conditions
Shipments will be made in standard pack quantities only. We reserve the right to change the order quantities of an order to standard pack quantities. Breaking a standard pack may result in a surcharge. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns
Our sales are final. No merchandise will be returned without prior approval of LUBEQ Corp. You must request an RGA for any returns. See our detailed instructions for an RGA. Returns will be for credit only. Unauthorized returns will be refused. The customer must initiate the return shipment with our approval. The shipping cost to return such product will be paid by the customer. LUBEQ Corp. will pay only for freight charges if product returned was approved as a warranty claim. All items returned must be clean and free of contamination. We reserve the right to charge for any decontamination or disposal based on EPA rules and regulations. Upon inspection, defective merchandise, based on our decision, will either be repaired or returned or we will exchange the defective part. If the damage is not covered by our warranty, we will call and give an estimated cost for the repair and seek your approval for such a repair. Return freight charges will be billed.
Stock Adjustments
We do not accept returns of unused products or overstock.
